Although the artist doesn't paint impressionistic pictures, one can nonetheless sense the distinct influence of the southern atmosphere in her artistic creations. Her painting style is physically intuitive and largely determined by playful accents. With graceful ease, she develops plant structures that flourish and thrive, as though in a mediterranean garden. The enchanting, delicate colours charm the viewer and create positive accents. The characteristic suspensions in the artist's paintings are emphasised by the almost clinically white background and at times, the tapestry-like nature of the canvas.
